In the last remaining arches of the former Güterbahnhof Zürich, now shaped by ongoing urban transformation, Matazz temporarily occupies the underground spaces of Art Dock. Set within a series of vaulted cellars marked by time, the exhibition brought together installations, sculptures, sound works and performances in dialogue with a space whose own future is temporary.
Rather than treating the architecture as a neutral container, the exhibition developed through it. Works occupied its arches, walls, passages and darker corners, while performances continuously reshaped the way visitors moved through and experienced the space.
Surrounded by the newly installed works, the evening offered a first moment to experience the exhibition together, exchange ideas and spend time with one another before the public opening, accompanied by DJ sets from Marco Alfieri and Yeelen.
Visitors were invited to move freely between artworks, performances and the different spaces of Art Under Dock.

As evening turned into night, DJ sets by Paul Trona and Simoir shifted the atmosphere from exhibition to celebration, and we danced into the night.
