Carlotta Donadeo’s practice combines textiles, performance, and installation. Having worked with needle and thread since childhood, she now uses sewing to create scenarios that are brought to life through performances and installations. Rather than relying on words, she expresses herself through gestures and movement. Her practice approaches the body as an extension of the earthly world, shaped by energies that can be harnessed and shared, and explores how bodily movement can generate and communicate emotion.
